I've been using the Bowflex Selecttech 552 pair for a while, and the convenience is hard to beat – twisting the dial to change weight is so much faster than swapping plates. That said, the build feels a bit plasticky for the price, and they're bulky – the 110 lb set is heavy to move around. At over $800, it's a big investment, but if space is tight and you want variety, they deliver. Just be careful with drops; the plastic housing can crack.
